1. Course Purchases
Due to the digital nature of online courses, all purchases are generally non-refundable once course access has been granted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment was made in error
- Duplicate payment occurred
- Technical issues prevented course access
Requests must be made within 5 days of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after course access
- Failure to complete course
- Lack of time to attend training
- Dissatisfaction with course difficulty level
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited through the original payment method.
